• Account information: if you create an account for cloud sync, we store an identifier such as your email address, along with the credentials required to authenticate you.
• Device and usage data: limited technical information, such as app version, device type and anonymous usage events, to keep KinFolio reliable and improve it over time.
• Support communications: if you contact us, we keep the messages and any attachments you send so we can help you.

We do not collect financial data you have not entered yourself, and we do not ask for bank credentials or card numbers.

We use information to:

• Provide and maintain KinFolio’s features.
• Enable secure cloud sync and backups when you choose to.
• Generate AI insights and answers grounded in your own data.
• Improve reliability, performance and usability.

We do not use your financial data to advertise to you, and we never sell your personal information to anyone.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. When cloud sync is enabled, data is stored securely with our infrastructure providers. When sync is disabled, your data remains on your device. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection consistent with this policy and applicable law.

We work with a small number of trusted service providers to operate KinFolio, such as cloud hosting, authentication, error monitoring and customer support. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service and under appropriate agreements.

If KinFolio integrates third-party AI or analytics services, only the minimum data required is sent, and those services are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

We do not share your personal or financial data with third parties for their own marketing.

KinFolio is not directed to children under the age required by your local laws. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us at privacy@duoralabs.com so we can remove it.
