Delete your account

You are always in control of your data. This page explains how to permanently delete your KinFolio account and what happens when you do.

Deleting your account is permanent. Your assets, transactions and settings will be removed and cannot be recovered. Consider exporting your data first from the Data Request page.

From the app

Open KinFolio, go to Settings, choose Account, then Delete Account. Confirm to permanently remove your account and data.

By email

If you cannot access the app, email us from your account address and we will process your request.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and profile information.
  • Your financial data, including assets and transactions.
  • Cloud backups associated with your account.

We may retain limited records where required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
